Refund Policy

We value our customers and want you to be happy with your purchase. Because our cutting boards are handmade, all sales are final and we do not accept refunds or returns for change of mind, incorrect selections, or personal preference.

Damaged Items

If your cutting board arrives damaged or defective, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement.

You must contact us on the same calendar day that your order is delivered. To request a refund, email MarcusCuttingboards@gmail.com on the day of delivery and provide your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photographs showing the damaged product and packaging.

Requests submitted after the day of delivery will not be accepted, so please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

Returns & Exchanges

Marcus Mades does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, unwanted items, incorrect choices, or dissatisfaction with the design or appearance of the product.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact MarcusCuttingboards@gmail.com on the same day it is delivered before sending anything back. We will provide further instructions if your claim is approved.

Do not ship an item back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Refunds are only considered when a product arrives damaged or defective and the issue is reported to us on the same day the order is delivered.

Once we receive your email and supporting photographs, we will review the claim. If the claim is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Refunds are not available for change of mind or any issue reported after the day of delivery.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has been approved, please allow your payment provider some processing time for the funds to appear in your account.

If you have received confirmation that your refund was processed but the funds have not appeared after the applicable processing period, please contact MarcusCuttingboards@gmail.com so we can assist you.

Handmade Products

Our cutting boards are handmade using natural wood. Because of this, natural variations in wood grain, color, texture, and appearance may occur between individual boards. These variations are part of the handmade nature of the product and are not considered damage or defects.

Order Issues

If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact MarcusCuttingboards@gmail.com as soon as possible and, in the case of damage or defects, no later than the same calendar day your order is delivered.

By placing an order with Marcus Mades, you acknowledge that all sales are final and that change-of-mind refunds and returns are not accepted, subject to any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
